The staff was polite. The food served during my time at the hotel was good TOO. I appreciated the nice decor throughout the venue.
I found that there were not enough car parking spaces. I also noticed my room lacked a fridge, THOUGH friends who paid less had one.

The room was super hot and stuffy. The window had to be kept closed because of a kitchen flue outlet close by and unpleasant greasy odors flowed straight in the window. It was horrid.

the hotel room included a fridge, a plus when you want to keep drinks cold.
The parking situation was a real letdown. After it rained, the parking area was flooded. also, the carpets throughout the hotel looked quite dirty, like they hadn't been properly cleaned in ages. i even found a crisp on the floor next to the bed, and a dirty pair of socks that definitely weren't mine.
